It’s that time of year again where campers such as yourselves get to vote on the BEST Hipcamp campsites to visit across Australia for the coming year.

The Farm Cradle Country Tasmania was voted as the Hipcamp’s Best Tasmanian Campsite to visit in 2021! and we thank all our past, present and future campers for their support!

We’ve been nominated again and call us ambitious but we’d love to make it two years running and be voted Best in Tasmania for 2022!!

We absolutely love hosting campers here at our farmstay campsite only 35 minutes from Cradle Mountain, 15 minutes from Sheffield the town of murals, 5 minutes to Lake Barrington International Rowing Course and 5 minutes to Tasmazia perfect for kids young and old.

We care for a small family of animals here on the farm, with cows, chickens and goats to name a few. In November of 2021 we welcomed some beautiful baby calves to the family just waiting to meet our returning and new campers over the Christmas/New Years School Holiday break.

In November of 2021 we introduced our new Paddock Campground to our campers. This space is different from our current exclusive listing in that it is a traditional style campground with 10 sites.

Our Paddock Campground is self check in, has a wide and long entrance driveway for easy access for long vans, buses and motorhomes and is accessible by 2wd.

Costing only $10 per night for 2 ppl, its the perfect cost effective camping site close to Cradle Mountain and all of the North West Tasmanian attractions.
